It is about how you nourish your body; it is about how you use your body; and it is about how you feel about your body. 

Incorporating these ideas into your daily life will help you feel best, look best, and live best. 



Create calm. Accept who you are.
Our genetics and what we have been exposed to in our lifetimes are set. We can help our bodies deal with those factors and nourish ourselves for the future.

Seek simplicity. Cook meals at home.
Rather than withhold foods, seek instead to give your body what it needs.

Generate gentleness. Get your heart rate up for 30 minutes a day.
We are physical creatures and our bodies crave movement. Exercise not to maintain a certain weight, but simply to maximize the potential of your body and mind.
